Peanut Butter Frosting
This smooth, creamy peanut butter frosting is easy to whip up and makes a great companion to whatever your favorite dessert might be (it's fantastic with brownies).

Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered/confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup whipping/heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix the sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium-low speed until creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as you work.
- Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth. That's it, you're done!
